Are there any additional fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees, processing charges, or surprise costs. Your fee covers the complete appraisal process from intake to delivery.
What if my donation is complex?
If you have multiple assets, DeFi positions, NFTs, or complex transaction chains, select our Complex tier or contact us. We'll provide a custom quote based on the specifics of your situation.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you cancel before we begin work, you receive a full refund. After work begins, partial refunds may be available depending on completion stage. Once your report is delivered, refunds are not available—but we offer revisions to address any concerns.
Can I upgrade to Rush after ordering?
Yes, in most cases. Contact us as soon as possible after your order. We can typically accommodate upgrades to Rush processing if we haven't yet begun work on your appraisal.
